Brief info from KyuhyunasONE:
This event is to show that we will always love our boys and be by their side no matter where they are or what they do. Basically this will be a week (to be announced later) where ELF around the world will wear blue to show their support and love. This will also help ELF meet new ELF in their country, since only we will know the meaning of it. It will show the boys that the world really is covered by a sapphire blue ocean. We have a plan to have representatives (reps will be given special shirts to wear) in each country and if an ELF spots them they will be given a special gift. We are asking for your help to be a representative for your
country. Please let us know if you will be able to help us, we will ship the shirt and gifts to you, all you have to worry about is passing them out. We would also like for you to take a picture of the ELF you have given a gift and any messages they might have because we will also be creating a scrapbook of this event to send to Super Junior. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would be able to help us.
